Q.

#asktheexpert My toddler is not a fussy eater but it's quite difficult to give her vegetables. She's 3. My parents say they'll learn to eat veggies as they grow up and not to force it. Should I give it time or should I start to force feed so she won't miss her nutrients? Please advise.
