#AskTheExpert my son who is 10 month old sweats alot when sleeping. then I have to put ac. is it normal for babies to sweat so much? his hair also gets wet. I just dress him in a tshirt and diaper.

Yes it's normal
Keep her hydrated
Don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Give hermore probiotics millets and citrus
Don't use packaged and processed food, maida items, excess sugar and salt
