ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, if your baby is active, playful and achieving all growth milestones then do not worry. Give small frequent meals to your baby 5 times a day which includes 2 healthy snacks in between. Babies have small stomach and need to be fed frequently.
