ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist2 years agoA. Hello ma’am, do not worry about this. It is perfectly normal. You can wait till the age of three years for all the milk teeth to come in the mouth of the baby.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. Most kids have all 20 of their primary teeth by their third birthday. (If your child's teeth come in much slower than this, speak to your doctor.)
