Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi ji , first you have to maintain good hydration give curd , buttermilk ,nimbupani , ors etc second ,you can give entrogermina drops to your child which help to treat bacterial infection. third , i would suggest to give easily digestible food items for example curd rice , mint curd , khichdi ,poha , etc
