Q.

#AskTheExpert my son is waking up at about 2 to 3 am everyday and stays awake for an hour. I asked him whether he need to pee or is feeling hungry or anything else. He says nothing but stays awake. Wat should I do?

A. yes can be sleep disturbances for a good sound sleep make sure baby room is comfortable and calm. Baby should be well fed at bed time. You should make baby wear comfortable clothing at bed time. Sing a lullaby or light music can be used. Can rock or pat the baby to sleep.
