A. first try to wipe the baby's body with wet clothe. then give medicine otherwise there are chances of vomitting

A. it is viral. Temperature more tham 99 is fever. Give paracetamol for fever and can be given 3 to 4 times in a day . If temperature does not comes down in 2 days then baby need a proper examination as it may be any other infection
