usually children learn at different pace. it is very important to teach different things to the child so that the child gets a variety of learning and you will see that by two years of age many children will be able to speak few words with meaning in a sentence and should be able to understand all the commands and orders given by the parents

all babies are different so they learn the skills at own pace.
please don't compare your child with others.
just keep talking with your child more.
spend quality time with your child.
play different games,sing rhymes and read stories with your child.
it will help.
but please don't force your child , don't expect perfection from your child.
avoid to allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets at this tender age.
