#asktheexpert my son is not gaining weight. he is just 10kgs. please help me with the diet chart.

Kids by age of 1 they almost triple their birth weight and by age of 5 they almost double it up as well,
as far as they are active for their age and also eating healthy no worries,
their diet should now consists of all family foods as such
