RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl8 months agoA. Sometimes due to lack of iron in the body or low level of haemoglobin a child could be irritated that could be the reason but if the child is not talking at all in this there is a high possibility of speech you may consult your doctor regarding that
