#AskTheExpert My son is having tight potty I.e. potty is having small small round pieces and having blood sometimes.What to do?

A. Your child is having constipation for which kindly give plenty of water to drink and fibre diet made from cereals pulses vegetables and fruits. Changes in diet has to be made Specially give papaya, banana, oats, fennel seeds water pear, prune, pineapple, resins, plum as it will help in decreasing constipation. Even after that the problem continues kindly meet your doctor for constipation medicine. it is important for you to know that the problem of constipation will improve with increasing age of the child. You may increase or decrease the dosage of constipation medicine if needed according to the consistency of the stool.

Its Tight which is why maybe you are seeing blood as of now but I’m going to advise you to give good amount of water fruits and vegetables which are rich in fibre coconut water buttermilk all these things are very handy if you increase the intake of these days then the motion is going to be much better and if the blood is regular then consult your doctor for a stool test
