Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is givegyn.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

it is not advisable to use any medicines without medical consultation becxause they have got side effects.
it is advisable that you should visit your doctor for that.
how to take a particular medicine and the dosage will be told by your doctor.
so kindly avoid self medication
