#AskTheExpert my son is fussy eater .please help me out .I sometimes feel he can go without food for days if I don't insist on continuously

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom kids are quite playful and hence have very much less interest in foods . Instead would help you the best would be to start making a routine for the child for the day be or meal , snack time or nap or sleep time C playtime etc this way they tend to fall into a habit or a pattern . Also avoid force feeding the child instead Give him as much he can take it
