#asktheexpert my son is fussy eater. i tried a lot of tricks for eating he does not want to eats by himself . what should i do

A. hi dear mom...first of all complete stop junk chocolate and any packed food...restrict milk intake to not more then 500.ml in a day.....kids diet should include fresh vegetables fruits legume dairy products poultry items and dry fruits....politely explain him goodness of food
