#asktheexpert My son is frequently catching cold. Kindly advise what measures we need to take to prevent him from falling sick. Also the food items to improve his immunity.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. for cold you can give maxtra drops to times a day to the baby and give steam inhalation three to four times in a day to relieve any nasal congestion, can also put nasoclear drops into the nose A very good immunity will help in protecting from any infection, so give
balanced diet to your child and bevon syrup additionally.Avoid crowded places and follow all safety precautions.
Apart from this additional protection is achhieved by vaccinations as per the age of the child from time to time.
