#asktheexpert my son is around 6 year old and aa you know kids are not going outside so not getting vitamin D3 properly and saying legs pain etc so can we give Vitamin ultra D3 to kids? So need to know if can give ultra D3 1000 ? and it's dose?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please give eggs and chicken to the baby. Also give chicken soup to the baby. Please give banana shake and ragi porrige to the baby. Please give lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds to the baby on daily basis. Please limit soda and juices and high fat foods like chips or biscuits or cakes etc. supplements can be given only after consulting with your local doctor Thanks and take care
