#asktheexpert My son is 9months old and is allergic to cow milk protein.. therefore, I am avoiding milk and its product in my diet and his too My concern is his growth, which is very slow(current weight 6.60 kg)

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Namaste Mom, Give him plant milk so soya milk, coconut milk etc. you can give dry fruits , dals, rice, roti, egg yolk, fish , chicken etc as well
