ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi kids milk teeth start to fall by the age of 5.5 -6.5 years.. if milk teeth do not fall and permanent teeth starts to erupt behind milk teeth then consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist
