#asktheexpert my son is 7 months old. Since I am a working woman I want my son to introduce milk during day time. Till date he was on breastfeed only. I heard that cow milk shouldn’t be given until he’s 1year old. Can I give him formula milk. If yes, which brand should be the best ?

Aptmil gold is good you can give to the child otherwise the second other option if you want you can give Amul Taaza packet milk if you want that also you can give to the child it’s a natural milk I’m certain your child would like that you can add some fruits into that or something whatever healthy you would want to add to make like fruit milkshake or smoothies or anything like that for your child
