I am a working woman..how long can I preserve my best milk for my baby??

A. Hello ma’am See on room temperature it is mostly 30 to 40 minutes in refrigerator it is mostly 3-8 hours and in freezer it could be one or three months something like that I’m not very sure about the timing but I can tell you if you search it on Google you will get the right timing so this way you can store your milk at different temperatures for long time
