#AskTheExpert My son is 6 months old and 18 days old. I'm giving formula feed - Lactogen 1 since I have low breast milk. I also started giving ragi porridge and rice porridge with carrot. 1. Can I start Lactogen 2 ? 2. Can I give luke warm water or rice water, fruit pulps etc ?

A. yes can start stage 2 formula now. give normal room temperature water to ur baby.. giving him a few sips of water with the help of spoon, couple of times a day .
