Q.

#asktheexpert my son is 6 months 24 days old..I started giving solids plus breastfeeding and formula...now I am giving one meal per day..he s taking just one spoon ..so now I am confused with the quantity of formula..whether I can give demand feeding as earlier or should I reduce the quantity? please suggest..

A. You should give the similar amount as you were giving previously because the child is practically not eating anything 1 teaspoon is not going to make a difference in the amount of milk that is having practically your child is not eating anything please add salt and necessary spices into the food to make it flavour and that is what your child is going to like eat and enjoy
