#AskTheExpert my son is 6 month old...doc has advised d first nano each Sunday ..it's 60000IU.. he is taking 2 drops of Vt d3 HD 200 daily .i am scared to see the size of bottle of d first nano .

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. All children need vitamin D beginning shortly after birth. Children younger than 12 months old need 400 IU of vitamin D each day. Children 12 to 24 months old need 600 IU of vitamin D each day.
