Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. generally pimples on the face of the baby are self limiting no treatment is required do not apply any baby lotions and the face of the baby wash clean with lukewarm water

it could be allergical reaction or it might be baby acne.
so please avoid using any cosmetics for now.
keep your child in well vantileted room.
and if your child is feeling discomfort , because of it , please visit your pediatrician.
