#AskTheExpert My son is 5 months and 15 days old. My breast milk is not sufficient for him and so I am giving formula milk along with my breast milk. Should I continue with formula milk or can I start with complementary food. If I can start with complementary food what is the quantity I can start with?

A. yes you can start with food. offer foods in puree form. 1-2 spoons of food is enough in one time. offer 2-3 times in a day. offer mashed bananas mashed potatoes sweet potato carrot puree pumpkin puree peas puree daal water rice water to the baby.
