A. EGGS FOR WEIGHT GAIN IN KIDS This protein-loaded food is the best source of gaining healthy weight in kids. Eggs have vitamins and other vital minerals too which helps in maintaining a healthy weight bracket. Moreover, eggs are helpful in the vital development of the brain and nervous system in children. Therefore, make sure you serve an egg each day to your child for overall healthy development.Potato, one of the staple food of our country, is loaded with several health benefits, and amongst them, one is the promotion of weight gain in kids. Potato has carbohydrates in it with amino acids. If you add potatoes in your child’s diet it will help him to gain weight. The best way is to grill them or bake them with butter, or simply mash them by sprinkling some seasonings on it. And if you can cook french fries for your kid once in a while, this can also be a good idea.
