#AskTheExpert my son is 4 month 11 days old. can I start liquid diet for me. if yes then kindly suggest me some food items I can give. thank u so much

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Yes you can, 4 to 6 months: 24 to 36 ounces of formula or milk (or five to eight nursing sessions a day) 1 to 4 tablespoons of cereal once or twice a day. 1 to 4 tablespoons of a fruit and vegetable once or twice a day.
