ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby is 3 month old Constipation is common in exclusively breastfed babies feed the baby in sitting and c arm position burp everytime after feeding do cycling exercise wait till 10 days if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor

Constipation is common in breast feed babies. Babies can go without poop for 5-6 days altogether and even more. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise then no need to worry. Do cycling exercise of legs and lift the legs and gently press across the tummy for passing of stool.
