#asktheexpert my son is 3 yrs 6 months old..he has not started conversing yet....he only speaks words which we say or teach him...we have shown to doctors as well as consulted speech therapist...they say he does not have any issue it's just speech delay....now he will be 4 yrs old in the month of October...can u pls suggest what should be done
