#AskTheExpert my son is 2yrs 3 months old he does not eat food only some food he eats and he has constipation problem which medicine or what can we do about this??

A. yes this s due to. constipation or hard stools is common in babies . Change diet habits . Avoid junk food . Give fibre rich diet like green leafy vegetables, palak , cauliflower etc . And fruits like papaya apple etc . Give plenty of water and other fluids also . Can give laxatives post 2 years age only under a pediatrician guidance .
