#AskTheExpert My son is 2 years old, he always says leg pain. Pediatrician told it's a growth pain, then he started saying hands and back pain. even these are growth pain?

A. the most common cause would be due to nutritional deficiency there is a possibility that your child is having nutritional deficiency which is causing ssuch changes in the child so give plenty of water and seasonal fruits and vegetables and meet your doctor who will tell you whether any healthz supplements in the form of iron calcium vitamin d or multi vitamin is required or not .

A. It is an overall growth pen into the body but sometimes it could be due to deficiency as well if a chalice complaining of overall body pain then it could be growth been otherwise sometimes it can be did you like I said some deficiency of vitamin or mineral into the body
