POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Ideal weight of a 18 months old baby boy should be between 9 to 12 kgs and height 78 to 87 cms depending on eating habits and physical activities. Your baby's growth is fine, just keep feeding fresh, home cooked foods fully and frequently alongwith variety of fluids like water, buttermilk, fresh juices, smoothies, coconut water, etc.
