#asktheexpert my son is 1 year and 2 months old...and I have lots of hair fall what I can do to stop it mam?

it might be due to hormonal changes which occur in the body post pregnancy.
very important to take all the supplements like iron folic acid vitamin b12 calcium vitamin d ansd other supplements.
drink plenty of water and take seasonal fruits vegetables along with only homemade diet.
go for regular scdalp massage and if it is still not improving the condition take help of skin specialist or trichologist
