RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl1 Year agoA. White spot usually are associated with dryness and in a lot of cases it has been seen that it can be a fungal infection deficiency of calcium and even skin related issues so to take a clarity it would be good for you to check with your doctor 1st
