whenever you are taking any medicine which has been given by your doctor you have to wait and watch for three days and follow the instructions given by the doctor and if there is no improvement after three days then take a fzollow up.
so kindly take a follow up with your doctor who will tell you whether any change in medicine or any other investigation is needed or not .

Hello dear if  Difference is visible. Then definitely you should to keep on consulting with the doctor for the medication until the time the course completes properly. Still meanwhile, you should keep on observing that what thing is affecting your child. I mean after using anything or after eating anything, if the allergy appears then You will be able to  treat it accordingly
