#asktheexpert my son cries his lungs out for the past couple of days only during the nigh before bedtime. I had given colic aid 5 drops post which he settles. Is it OK to give colic aid

Do swaddling cuddling swinging to soothe your baby
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food
Make meal time fun with toys and story telling
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Change diaper frequently
Give adequate water
