#AskTheExpert My son 6 year old, and he is not growing up he is very thin I want the suggestion from your and what kind the diet I can give them because I think his height is not going as much as it should be

The diet plan is going to be the same that whatever you are traditionally making at home you should be giving that maximum you can increase the content of protein into the daily diet and still if the health and the height is not proper then that’s due to some nutritional deficiency you should can you check with the paediatrician
