#AskTheExpert My son( 4 Year old ) has got Cold and Chronic Cough for last 1 month. We tried Allopathy and Ayurvedic medicine both( By consultant Doctors), but still there's no much improvement.
During Day time he doing perfectly alright, But during night it's really a hard time for us. He's getting cough mostly when he sleeps ( Cough is really bad as he's not able to breathe for few seconds)

Give indirect steam inhalation 
Maintain hydration 
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
