Hello mom As a child is now a little grown-up you can sit and talk to him when he is in a good mood and try to understand what he’s likes and dislikes and at times it’s good to change the form of the regular food served to him as well try to make his Meal time fun and interesting and don’t force him to eat at times it’s fine because once hungry they will eat better
