#AskTheExpert my son 2 year old blinking eyes more when he is seeing tv or mobile.. pls guide what to do

A. it is normalmfor the baby to do .There is no need to panic for this as it is normal in babies at this age . But if the problem exist for a longer time or you feel there is some other issue then a doctor should be consult near by for same .
