A. whenever you introduce food for the child and it is causing constipation you have to stop that particular food which is causing such problems and try to give food which is more rich in fibre and has got plenty of fluids. it is important to add papaya in the diet which will help in decreasing this problem and also at the same time see thxat you are not giving any new outside milk which is again known to cause constipation Medicine is to be given only if instructed by the doctor after exxamination. give plenty of water to drink. if needed the doctor will give polyethylene glycol which is the first line of medicine for constipation

A. hi if you have started giving semisolid food to your child, give food items like palak puree, prune juice, fruit like pear papaya plum banana etc stop giving new food for now give gentle massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands you may give massage using Babyhug tummy roll on too which definitely help to cure this
