#AskTheExpert My sin is having difficulty in eating solid foods still...so we are giving him semi-solid diets still ..is that a worrying matter?

A. It is mentioned here that your baby is only 16 months old. It’s OK if the baby is not ready to accept a solid foods yet because it will take some time for them and you should gradually change the consistencyWrite Your Answer Here

Hi mommy Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Give three meal and two snacks Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
