#asktheexpert my question is regarding savreen 's hair growth , her hair growth is very low please suggest something for her hair growth

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. the growth of hair usually depends on the content of protein in the diet as well as it is a genetically determined factor and the growth is physiological unless not affected by any infection so follow the pattern accordingly

Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
