ReemaMom of a 10 yr 4 m old girl4 years agoA. Apply mamaearth onion hair oil and wash it with mama Earth onion hair shampoo. It will reduce ur hair fall super fast. Also eat protine rich food.

Most important is the requirement of proper nutrition where a diet rich in good amount of protein iron and other micronutrients is important.
Iron and Zinc also plays important role.
Other factors could be hormonal disbalance specially thyroid hormone .
A good care alccong with maintainance of proper hygiene is also necessary .
Use good product specially a mild shampoo with a good conditioner.
