#AskTheExpert My periods timing is not fixed after delivery. Also in the gapping of next month's period sometimes heavy white discharge disturbing me a lot. Before pregnancy it was alright. May I have to follow any medication or any particular diet for this irregular periods and white discharge?

A. All This is mostly happens due to hormonal change in the body so I think you are also having the same issue only the gynaecologist would be able to tell you the medicine to regulate your system as well as to balance your hormones which are probably disturb
