Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent, ypu can clean your baby's mouth with clean cotton cloth dipped in water. As that ways thrush can be cleaned. But if still babues feels problem then must Consult with your paediatric. Good luck and take care of
