#asktheexpert my milk supply is low though I remove milk frequently. please suggest

I don’t know why are you removing your mail you have not given any clarity on that but yes if you’re low your breastfeeding you should definitely try taking a good lactation supplement like Shatavari powder which you can easily take three times in the day along with that focus on a very balanced healthy nutrition diet
