#asktheexpert my kid is suffering from constipation problem. we are giving him fibre related foods. but still same issues. kid feels pain while potty training any suggestions for immediate remedies?

A. it is com in the kid. Tight potty is common in kids as baby don't drink much water . So a high fibrous diet conataing of green vegetable and fruits along with plenty of water will ease motion . Lactulose can be given only after 2 yr of baby age .
