This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes around child.

For cold / running nose give syp allegra 5 ml twice daily to the child. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold)
Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal congestion and block.
For wet coughing you can give syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice daily to the childd
Indirect steam help in decreasing coughing
For fever and pain give paracetamol
Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water codmbination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.
Give warm water to drink.

Fever has a tendency to increase in every four or six hours so you can continue with the medication for about three days if the medicine is yet not helping in the fever does not subside within the time of three days maximum then you need to consult your doctor for further testing
