ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. weight 12 - 18. lg is normal height 90-110 cm Weight gain depeens upon birth weight and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it give milk shake with dry fruit powder for weight gain get deworming done and give iron supplements

By four years the weight should be anywhere between 15-17 kgs and the height should be around 100 cm...
Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups for proper growth and development of the child.
